This year we’re offering a 10-week CSA (Community Supported Agriculture, a veggie subscription program) during the spring produce season. Read more about CSAs and how they support the local farming community here.
Our CSA is a collaboration with fellow Chatham County farmers Cheryl McNeill (Four Dog Farm) and Nicole Rosenberger (Turtle Rock Gardens). Cheryl grows seasonal vegetables using organic inputs and sustainable management practices in southern Chatham County. She is excited to grow quality food for the community where she lives! Nicole grows beautiful cut flowers and is offering bouquets as a stand-alone subscription and as an add-on to the veggie CSA box. This collaborative model worked really well during the 2020 season, so we’re happy to have everyone on board again this year!
Pickups begin on April 16 and 17, and run through June 18 and 19. You can choose to receive your weekly CSA box at either of the following pickup locations:
- Fridays, NC Arts Incubator courtyard next to The Chatham Rabbit, Siler City, 4:00-5:30pm
- Saturdays, Chatham Mills Farmers’ Market, Pittsboro, 8:00am-noon
Our CSA has a one-time fee per session, paid up front.
- $250 gets you a weekly box of produce for 10 weeks
- $120 if you’d like a bouquet of fresh flowers for 10 weeks
- $370 for both produce and flowers
